Nobuhiko Saeki worked for 10 years in a one-star French restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka.
While working there, he gained experiences in the star-rated restaurants of the Basque and Burgundy regions of France.
He later became the head chef of the dining bar.
He also worked in a restaurant pairing Japanese sake and French cuisine in Ginza where he was approached by a friend.
Now, he works as the chef manager of CACHETTE965.
